I’m subletting my room for the whole month of June, starting the 29th of May till the 29th of June. Its one small room in our nice flat on 22 MacDonough Street in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn.
Here are the deets:
Bright, small and quiet room in a shared flat with a huge living room and a big and clean kitchen. You'll share the flat with my dear roommates, 2 art related, very nice people.
The room is fully furnished, has a new full size bed (new mattress as well), a wardrobe and a big shelf.
A-Train station (Stop Nostrand) to the city is leaving right on the corner, 3 minutes walk. Plenty of shops and cafes are around.
The rent works out 600 Dollars (including bills, internet and all you need for living, bed- sheets, towels...).
